Hugging this character: He's not fond of physical contact and will probably tell you to get off him, but yes!
Kissing this character: HE WILL SPUTTER AND TELL YOU OFF AND GET MAD AND EMBARRASSED if the kiss even lands, but yes!
Flirting with this character: . . .reaction will depend. But, of course. He probably won't return it unless he likes you, though.
Fighting with this character: Be prepared to probably lose, considering he was modded for that, but of course.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): It'll be hard, but go ahead. Maybe try and leave your tags open so I can get him hurt appropriately?
Killing this character: Ask first. It will be hard. Kind of.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Let me know, so I can tell you his thoughts. Really, it might not work--he has actual computer passwords on his brain so he can't have people or things going through it without getting through them, so you'd have to be a mindreader and a hacker to get in there.
Warnings: He's made for fighting, but not really aggressive. He's kind of cold and unfeeling, or, rather, seems to be. He's not much of a people person, but he won't really just walk off from a conversation unless you annoy him or something. Rampages are hard to trigger, but they might occur. He's waterproof. I feel like he's really boring because he's really aloof and sometimes he's kind of a dick.
Has/had a crush on: Hungary; Spain
